SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
At Vacanza Swim, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly and efficiently. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
Dispatch
All orders are dispatched within 48 hours of being placed, excluding weekends and public holidays in Sydney, Australia. Orders placed over a weekend or public holiday will be dispatched on the next business day.
Please note that during launch and sale periods, there may be slight delays in dispatching your order. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Vacanza Swim is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect address being provided.
Australian Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
- Free Standard Shipping — orders $150 AUD and over
- Standard Shipping — $10.95 AUD — 2 to 8 business days
- Express Shipping — $15.95 AUD — 1 to 4 business days
International Shipping
We ship to selected countries worldwide. International shipping rates are as follows:
- New Zealand — $19.95 AUD — Standard Shipping
- All Other International Destinations — $23.03 AUD — Standard Shipping — 6 to 27 business days
Please note that customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply depending on your destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates. Vacanza Swim has no control over these charges and cannot advise on the exact amount. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
Tracking
All orders include tracking. You will receive your tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the courier's system.
Lost, Delayed or Damaged Orders
Vacanza Swim is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances outside of our control. If your order arrives damaged or you believe your order has been lost in transit, please contact us at info@vacanzaswim.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos where applicable. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
