RETURNS & REFUNDS
REFUND POLICY
Eligibility for Returns
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a return, your item must be:
- In its original condition (unworn, unused, and unwashed)
- With all tags and hygiene stickers intact
- In its original packaging
- Free from makeup stains, fragrance, lotions, tan, pet hair, etc.
For hygienic reasons, all swimwear must be tried on over undergarments.
We do not accept returns for:
- Sale items or purchases made with a discount code
- Gift cards
- Items marked as Final Sale (this will be noted on the product page)
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, contact us at refunds@vacanzaswim.com with your full name, email address, and order number. Returns must be pre-approved before being sent to:

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed faulty or incorrect, in which case we will cover the cost of return shipping. Until we receive the item, it remains your responsibility.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at info@vacanzaswim.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the issue
We will work to resolve the issue as soon as possible. Items damaged due to normal wear and tear, accidents, or misuse will not be considered faulty.
Refunds & Store Credit
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of its approval status. If approved:
- Refunds will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days (bank processing times may vary)
- Store credits will be issued with a two year expiry date
If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven't received your refund, please contact us at refunds@vacanzaswim.com.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item once the return is approved.
European Union — 14 Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be returned in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
